enables users to geolocate partner shops and entrust their bikes to these shops
for safekeeping, protecting them from theft and damage.By using our

using the service.1. Purpose of
the AppSteps.bike
provides the following services: 1. Geolocation
of partner shops. 2. Connection
with these shops for: • Temporary
safekeeping of bikes (protection from theft and damage). • Additional
services offered by the shop (e.g., repair, maintenance if bike shop).2. Access to
the AppThe app is
available for download via [Google Play Store / Apple App Store].To access all
features, users must: 1. Create
an account with accurate and up-to-date information. 2. Enable
geolocation to find partner shops nearby.3. Terms of

GeolocationThe app
requires access to your location to function properly. By enabling geolocation,
you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your location data in
accordance with our Privacy Policy.3.2. Entrusting
Your Bike to a Partner ShopWhen you
entrust your bike to a partner shop: 1. Shop
Responsibility: Each shop is solely responsible for the safekeeping of
bikes. Steps.bike acts only as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for
theft, loss, or damage. 2. Specific
Conditions: Each shop may apply specific conditions, such as fees, hours of
operation, or time limits. It is your responsibility to review these conditions
before entrusting your bike.3.3. Service
FeesSome services
provided by partner shops may incur fees. Financial transactions are handled
directly between the user and the shop. Steps.bike does not process payments
and cannot be held liable for financial disputes expected payment on the app.4. User
ObligationsBy using the
app, you agree to: 1. Provide
accurate information when creating your account. 2. Use
the app in compliance with applicable laws and these T&Cs. 3. Respect
the conditions imposed by partner shops.You remain
responsible for your equipment (bikes, accessories, etc.) and its condition
before entrusting it to a shop.5. Limitation
of Liability 1. Steps.bike
acts solely as an intermediary between users and partner shops. 2. We
do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of services provided by
partner shops. 3. We
are not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of the app
or partner shop services.6. Intellectual
PropertyAll content,
trademarks, logos, and features within the Steps.bike app are protected by
intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or
use is strictly prohibited. 7. Personal
DataWe collect and
use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This policy
outlines your rights, including withdrawing consent or requesting the deletion
of your data.8. Changes to
the T&CsSteps.bike
reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be notified
of changes via a notification in the app. By continuing to use the app after
such changes, you accept the updated terms.9. Account
TerminationYou can delete
your account at any time via the app’s settings. Steps.bike reserves the right
to suspend or delete accounts in case of T&Cs violations.10. Governing
Law and DisputesThese T&Cs
are governed by the laws of Tallinn. Any disputes related to the app will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tallinn /
